[UPDATE: The entire EasyFriend and Holy Wars sets from the evening are now here for your viewing pleasure! Each is produced & directed by Charles Lopez.]

Since the Summer of 2011, the Badass Bands blog has highlighted promising local music artists through filmed interviews, studio performances, and live events. Their mission is “Exposing the unexposed” to potential favorites.
This past April, Badass Bands hosted a packed house at The Hi Hat featuring three exciting acts: The Crazy Brave, EasyFriend and Sad Robot‘s rebirthed form Holy Wars. The sets and BTS footage from the taping will roll out via Badass Bands during the Summer, and we’ll update with some of those videos as they debut (further coverage of Holy Wars to also follow).

In the meantime, enjoy Chris Camargo’s documentation of the evening.
